At MM Amerikan Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, here’s what you need to know:

  1. Local Orders:
    • Exchanges are available through our Online Store only.
    • The product must be unused and still have the original label and tag.
    • Exchanges are only offered if we deliver the incorrect order or if the product is faulty.
    • This policy is applicable to local orders only.
    • The exchange request must be made within 14 working days after the goods are delivered.
  2. International Orders: 
    • For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
  3. Sale Items:
    • For products on sale, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.

MM Amerikan Club Exchange Procedure

At MMamerikan Club, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer exchanges or refunds once an order is processed, there are exceptions if you receive the wrong item, or if the product is faulty or damaged.

MMamerikan Club Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. At this point, our exchange policy will apply.

MMamerikan Club reserves the right to cancel orders for several reasons, including the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or a declined credit card payment by the issuing financial institution.

MMamerikan Club Exchange & Refund Policy

At MMamerikan Club, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. While we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. However, we do offer "Conditional Exchange" if you encounter quality issues with your product.

Here’s our policy:

  1. Conditional Exchange:
    • Any changes to the order can be made within 48 hours.
    • All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be a cancellation charge of 6% of the paid amount; the rest will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account.
    • All orders cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded as store credit only.
  2. Alterations:
    • We only take alteration requests within a week of receiving the outfit.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
    • Ready-to-ship articles are not eligible for exchange or return.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference or disliking of the product.
  4. Product Care:
    • The company is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.
    • Embroideries mentioned on inlays are provided; anything used in stitching is only for shoot purposes.
  5. Customs and Duties:
    • If customs duties are applicable during delivery, they must be paid in full by the customer.

    • We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments by the issuing financial institution.
